the project for the first time. They’ve been part of it since the plan was signed off. Twisted works in small, specialist delivery units, typically five people, with each built
around the specific needs of their project and client. Each unit covers every discipline
the job requires, whether it’s audio visual (AV), structured cabling, network, or security.

Structured cabling is sequenced first. It’s installed and routed before audio visual (AV) and network follow, with each discipline brought in at the right moment. Our teams are trusted to make the right call on site without escalating. That autonomy is intentional, and it keeps projects moving by letting the people closest to the work solve the problems. Whether the job is in London or Singapore, it's the same team working for you.

Clear contact throughout the project progress

Every step is managed by a PM who understands the full picture and can talk the language of every trade on the job. That means faster decisions and uninterrupted coordination at every stage. Progress is communicated to you throughout. Your account manager and project manager won’t hand over until everything has been installed, tested, signed off,
and you're confident it works the way it should.
