It starts with a brief, before we go deeper. Our technical team will walk the space, meet the people who use it and review the scope in detail. We ask questions about how rooms are actually used, what's working with existing technology and where the nagging problems are. We also identify any practical requirements or challenges that could influence the design, helping us create a solution that fits the space and the people who use it.

Room-by-room configurations and a full project plan

From there, we build the full plan: structured cabling routes, audio visual (AV) specifications, room-by-room configurations and a reliable delivery schedule. For larger projects, this often involves multiple rounds of drawings, walkthroughs and technical reviews before everything is finalised. The time we invest at this stage helps keep the project on track and makes everything else go smoothly.

The plan is documented, and we deliver a meticulously measured and intricately designed drawing pack. Every detail is reviewed and coordinated to ensure clarity, accuracy and alignment across the project before work begins. Once it's signed off by us and you, it's handed to your dedicated delivery team. Nothing moves to site until that stage is complete, ensuring everyone is working from the same approved plan.
