With more than 20 years of experience in the audio visual industry, Ollie’s career began in engineering, system programming and project delivery.
Today, he is CEO of Twisted, an international AV and workplace technology integrator supporting clients across the UK and EMEA.
His focus is on building a business that is progressive, transparent and operationally strong. He believes sustainable growth comes from delivering projects properly, supporting people and maintaining honest relationships with clients and partners.
Twisted provides consultancy, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, project management and ongoing service for corporate workplace technology environments.
While remaining passionate about the technical side of the industry, his role is now focused largely on strategy, leadership, international growth and creating the systems and environment that enable talented people to do their best work.
After more than 20 years in the industry, what still motivates me is seeing great people come together to solve complex problems and deliver something that genuinely makes a difference to our clients. Twisted has grown significantly, but the principles that got us here haven’t changed — technical excellence, doing what we say we’ll do, and building relationships based on trust.
