About Lucas Way

Lucas is the Head of Technology at Twisted, where he leads the technical function responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects across the business. His role encompasses managing teams of technical specialists, including Commissioners, Programmers and Technical Leads, alongside overseeing the CAD Draughtsmen responsible for translating project requirements into detailed and effective designs.

Working closely with project delivery teams, Lucas ensures projects are completed to a consistently high technical standard, while also liaising with clients, consultants and other stakeholders throughout the design and delivery process. He provides technical expertise both internally and externally, helping Twisted deliver high-quality AV solutions that meet the needs of its clients.

Alongside his technical leadership, Lucas is responsible for establishing and maintaining the standards, processes and workflows that underpin project delivery. He also oversees Twisted’s internal project delivery platforms and software, ensuring the business has the tools, systems and processes required to deliver projects efficiently, consistently and to the highest possible standard.
