About Tom Barber

Tom brings over 20 years of experience across the Music, Cinema and Audio Visual industries, giving him a wealth of technical, operational and project management knowledge. A significant part of Tom’s career was spent working as a Project Manager, where his natural ability to solve problems, manage challenges and find practical solutions became a key strength. His ability to consistently achieve project objectives and deliver results to demanding deadlines, while maintaining a high level of customer service, has played an important role in his progression within the business.

Tom has since progressed into his current position as Head of Operations, where he takes responsibility for leading the team of Project Managers and Installation Engineers. His role combines strategic oversight with a hands-on understanding of project delivery, ensuring teams are supported and projects are delivered efficiently, professionally and to the highest possible standards. Alongside managing the operational team, Tom is also focused on developing and improving internal company processes, helping to create greater efficiency and consistency across the business.
