Toby is Co-Founder of Twisted, having established the business in 2004 alongside Adam Glyde.
Toby’s career began in engineering, system programming and project delivery, giving him a strong technical foundation that continues to influence his approach today.
As Twisted has grown from its early beginnings into an international AV and workplace technology integrator, Toby has played a central role in developing the company’s technical capability, delivery standards and approach to solving complex client challenges. His focus has always been on combining the right technology with practical, well-engineered solutions that deliver genuine value for clients.
Toby remains passionate about the technical side of the industry and the constant evolution of workplace technology. Alongside this, his role has developed to encompass leadership, strategy and the continued growth of Twisted’s people and capabilities. For Toby, the strength of the business lies in bringing talented people together, giving them the expertise and systems to succeed, and maintaining the high standards that have been part of Twisted since the very beginning.
When we started Twisted in 2004, the focus was simple: use our experience and technical knowledge to deliver great work for our clients. That principle hasn’t changed. Technology has evolved enormously, but the importance of understanding the problem, getting the detail right and having the right people to deliver it remains the same. I’m proud of how far Twisted has come, but what excites me most is continuing to build our technical capability, develop our people and find better ways to deliver for our clients.
