Sharon is the HR Director at Twisted, where she plays a key role in supporting the people, culture and wider operations of the business.
Her role is diverse and multifaceted, encompassing full responsibility for Human Resources management alongside overseeing office operations and providing PA support to the CEO. In addition, Sharon has responsibility for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), helping to ensure that Twisted continues to foster an inclusive, positive and responsible working environment.
Her position requires a high level of autonomy, organisation and accountability, with responsibility for a broad range of people, operational and strategic priorities. Through her varied role, Sharon makes an important contribution to both the day-to-day running of the business and its longer-term culture, values and development.
I’m fortunate to have a role at Twisted that allows me to be involved in so many different areas of the business. From HR and supporting our people, to managing the office, working closely with the CEO, and driving our DEI and CSR initiatives, no two days are the same. It can be challenging at times, but I really enjoy the variety and the level of responsibility that comes with the role. For me, it’s about creating a positive and inclusive environment where people feel valued, while also helping the business continue to grow and operate at its best.”
